VoucherBoy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify app VoucherBoy.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Shopify App permissions

When you install our Shopify app we require some permissions. Here are the scoped permissions and why we need them:

read_orders: So we can read and retrieve the discount codes used by your customers across their orders.

read_all_orders: So we can read all customers orders, not just the past 60 days.

read_discounts: So we can retrieve infomation about each discount.

read_customers: So we can retrieve the customers ID and email.

write_customers: So we can non-destructively clone your targeted segment at export run time - we then delete the segment we cloned after the process has finished.

2. Information We Collect

We process the following types of information about your shops customers:

Personal Information: When you register or use our app, we use infomation provided by your customers. We respect the customers prefernces and will be able to readd a customers infomation unless they opt out or redact.

Usage Data: We read each discount code that all of your customers have used. Discount codes can be edited directly in the Shopify Admin, and we dont have access to create or edit discounts.

We process the following types of information about your shop:

Store Data: We save your store details on our database so we can track who has installed our app. If you un-install or un-subscribe, your store will be removed from our records and you will be unable to use our app untill you re-subscribe.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide an easy way for you to get an overview on your customers discount usage
• To auto generate CSV files
• To provide an easy API to securely retrieve your customers discount data

4. Sharing Your Information

We never share your customers data with any third parties.

5. Security of Your Information

We comply with Shopiy's strict data privacy policy. All of your customers data is stored on your Shopify store.

If you use our bulk export tool, we generate an automated email that contains an attached file containing all targeted customers info. This file contains the following infomation about each customer:

• Customer ID
• Customer Email
• Customer Discount Codes

After each export job has finished, you recieve an email from us with a link to the stored file. Once you click the 'download' button in the email, your file will be downloaded to your device and it will remove itself from our server. If you dont download the file within 24 hours, it will remove itself from our server.

Our app users can access our API - this requires a secure API key.

Any other info about the customer never leaves Shopify. Its necessary for us to be able to read all customer info so we can efficently group customers in our export tool.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
